Our production rooms are equipped with tens of digital controlled injection machines made by famous Western companies, fully automatic and equipped with manipulators, lining equipment and transporters. We also poses the newest Japanese injection-stretch blow moulding technology, enabling production of the complex and sophisticated shapes of bottles and jars of PET, PC and PP.
Highly efficient latest generation cooling system allows to achieve production effectiveness thanks to machine and tool temperature controlling, and consequently manufacturing costs optimalisation. Thanks to variety of printing machinery we have possibility to optimize decoration process both for long and small series. We are equipped in highly-effective multi-colour UV silk screen printing machines for long series and semi-automatic machines for UV Silk screen, pad printing and foil blocking overprints for small and medium series. Our printing equipment makes possible decoration of surfaces of different shapes and structures - flat, round, conical, hollow, other non standard. |
